Our trainers are Japanese and do not speak English. But please don’t worry. We use translation apps, gestures and demonstrations, and we guide you carefully, step by step, with the omotenashi (hospitality) that Japan is known for. Most exercises are easy to follow by watching and copying.

Includes counseling, a body check and a training session.
After the trial, you can choose from tickets, monthly plans or pay-per-visit. Prices depend on the trainer’s rank. We will explain in detail at your trial, with no pressure to sign up.
